Dr. William Roach is a lifelong resident of the Rio Grande Valley who moved to Los Fresnos in May of 2010. As a retired educator and the parent of three girls who attend Los Fresnos CISD schools he has a vested interest in our community and in our school district. He chose to serve on the education foundation committee to help provide additional resources to help meet the educational needs of our district’s children and employees. Dr. Roach has served on the foundation committee since its inception in the fall of 2023.
